Dr. Joel Floyd is the founder of Skill Nation USA and Ignite Career Foundation, creator of Power Skills, and Vice President of Education & Workforce Development at Marsell Wellness Center.
His work connects education, technology, and career opportunity to help people thrive.
With a special passion for equipping Gen Z, he champions accessible learning that builds confidence, strengthens workplace skills, and prepares learners for meaningful careers.
